Saying Goodbye

Have you ever had one of those really bad days when nothing seems to go as you planned and it just feels like everything is slowly crumbling away in your fingers?
Then  a couple of days later or maybe even the same day someone very close to your heart decides to move away or a relative passes away and you don't want to say Goodbye because you know it will tear you completely apart, maybe because you know you will never see them again or maybe its because you're so used to seeing them everyday.
I realised today that maybe sometimes these things happen for a reason and its usually for the best, whether its allowing someone to have a better future somewhere a little further than you'd like, or letting go of someone close to your heart because really its there time to dream in a faraway place. No matter how much you love that person, you have to let go because there is a point of no return and sometimes that point is a lot closer than you think, just smile and think about how lucky you are to have known that person and to be able to say the lovely memories that you share with them.

"A good-bye is never painful unless you’re never going to say hello again."

I found this quote and it inspired me, because it shows last goodbyes in a beautiful way. Unfortunately this quote speaks the truth in that a final goodbye is always the hardest, I don't wish to be morbid but this is something I've been thinking about a lot lately. So I would just like to tell you to stay strong and keep your chins up, because even after a rough couple of days you never know what's around the corner.
